Filipowski was the steal of the 2024 second round, taken 32nd. Last season he played 77 games with 41 starts, averaging 11.4 points, 7.2 rebounds, and 2.6 assists. He's a big who can pass and handle a little, which keeps the offense flowing when the stars sit.
2026-27 prediction
With Jackson, Nurkić, and Hayes all in the frontcourt, his minutes shrink a little. His value doesn't. He's the most likely big to close games when the Jazz want more passing from the five. His three-point shot (32.5%) decides whether he's a starter-level piece or a very good backup.
