Our take
Green came over in an August trade from Minnesota after two seasons in Charlotte. He's an Australian wing who defends multiple positions and shot 42% from three last season on low volume. His job here is defensive: point-of-attack stops for a team that badly needs them.
He'll be a rotation regular on defense and a spot-up shooter on offense. If the Jazz defense really improves, Green is part of why, even though he won't show up much in the box score.
